To retrieve your Apple Pay card number:
Open the Wallet app on your Apple device.
Select the card that was used for the purchase.
Tap the More (•••) button in the top-right corner.
Scroll down to find the Device Account Number or Tokenized Card Number.
Share the last four digits of this number with our Support Team.
Google Pay
To retrieve your Google Pay card number:
Open the Google Pay app on your device.
Tap the card that was used for the purchase.
Tap View Details.
Look for the Tokenized Card Number or Device Account Number.
Share the last four digits with our Support Team.
Providing these details ensures we can verify your payment safely and securely without requesting your full card number.
