How to Locate Your Subscription
If we are unable to find your subscription using your email address, here’s what you can do:
1️⃣ Check Your Subscription Confirmation Email
- Search your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for a confirmation email from us.
- If you find it, forward it to our support team to help us locate your account.
2️⃣ Find Your Virtual Card Number
Since Google Pay and Apple Pay use a different card number, you will need to provide the correct details:
For Apple Pay:
Open your Wallet app.
Select the card you used for the subscription.
Tap "Card Details" and look for the Device Account Number (this is the virtual card number used for transactions)
For Google Pay:
Open the Google Wallet app.
Select the card used for payment.
Tap on "Transaction details" to find the virtual card number.
3️⃣ Provide Alternative Information
If you cannot find the email confirmation, you can help us locate your account by providing:
✔ An alternative email address you may have used for the subscription.
✔ ️ The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used (from the virtual card details if applicable).
✔ ️ The exact date of subscription or billing.
